READING BIBLE ON YOUR PHONE IN THE CHURCH

Truth for the umpteenth time is using phone Bible particularly in church can be distracting.

GS reading from his phone is a one off thing and it's not an excuse for anyone to say it's phone Bible he wants to be using now. 

Use phone Bible everywhere other than inside the church.

I know, I use paper Bible actually 
But I was embarrassed when we were to sing hymns and he said I should use the hymnbook and not my phone 
Some situations can also warrant you finding yourself in church without the paper Bible, especially on weekdays, it's wrong to condemn it 
We can highlight the importance of it in terms of concentration instead of demonizing it 

Pastors and ministers need to understand this age, this is an information age, technology is answering a lot of questions and fixing lots of puzzles, people will question many things. 

it's very lame and illogical to tell people something is demonic just because you don't want to encourage distraction 

Tell them they will get distracted using phones plain plain, no be everything we go dey use religious mesmerizing and intimidation on, it will do more damage.

I initially don't want to give a comment. But people should stop making excuses for the obvious. GS read the Lord's prayer text first from the phone bible. That's the fact. You can go back to the recordings. 

Pastor Hassan preaches from his tablet. You can watch the STS of the 50th anniversary of the church.

We must learn to say the reason plainly why some act should be discouraged, not by making sinful what God didn't make sinful. 

We know change is difficult to adhere to, lets be patient with them as they gradually change on non essential. 

But the sermon and worship session today was wonderful jare 🥰

Did this post encourage substituting the soft copy of the Bible on the phone 📱 or tablet for the hardcopy of the Bible? No

Is this post against our daddy in the Lord reading from the phone? 📱 No

Simply put, the essence of this post is to correct the abnormality of some people in the church who demonize almost innocent action, that's neither against the scriptures for anything nor will it take anyone to heaven or hell.

Some people can't really read from the hard cover but from the screen because of their sight.

Some people come directly from office or their business place to the church and didn't leave home in the morning with a hard copy of the Bible. So, should they not come to the church because they're not with the hardcopy of the Bible?  

So, why demonizing things that are not demonic?

You go about with phone, receiving calls, reading messages and chats, reading books and devotionals on the phone or tablet, it isn't demonic then, but when someone is reading Bible or singing hymns from it, it's demonic!

WHAT KIND OF MENTALITY DO SOME PEOPLE HAVE IN THE CHURCH? 

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. (1 Corinthians 13:9-11)

GET HIM TO ASSIST YOU (SINGLES AND MARRIED)

 TO SINGLES AND MARRIED  I can't blame a man whose wife is home all through the day while he leaves home 5/6am only to come back 6/7pm. But if both are working, no excuse. Another thing is, after wedding, if the woman is also working as the man, yiu don't go about doing all the chores while he sits or sleeps. By the time you take in or start having children, you will understand better but it may just be too late to bring him back to be assisting you. Politely request for his assistance as you work. While you cook, let him help in mopping, cleaning the electronics, tables, etcetera Washing dishes doesn't take away his manhood. Pounding or turning fufu or eba or Amala or semo doesn't reduce his anointing. I still turned fufu yesterday and my wife was so glad seeing the smoothness. BEWARE OF RED FLAGS DURING COURTSHIP  I learnt (read) of one lady whose husband refused anyone visiting her while she was pregnant.  It was strictly her alone at home from morning till evening when her husband would come back, before she would see another person one on one. The man also refused her registering for antenatal.  According to the issue, his denomination doesn't believe in hospital or medications or medical doctors and anything related to that.  It's strictly like the Hebrew women by the mothers in the church to come during child labour.
