CHURCH WEDDING

They say, church wedding is not scriptural, church wedding is man-made, marriage is strictly between the family of the man and the family of the lady, the church has no business with it.

Yes, you are right, l am not arguing with you, but since you have no respect for your spiritual parents(leaders) to submit to their godly leadership(counsels and guidelines) before getting married, hope you won't be offended if you call them later in the marriage and they don't attend to you? 

Since you said marriage is all about family members affair, l am not arguing against you, you are right, but don't forget to carry your matters to the village or be calling the village people to counsel and guide you when you have become husband and wife.

Many of this people going around with this mindset have forgot that the church of the Lord is the family of the people of God who are washed by the blood of the Lamb, separated from the world, but once it's wedding matter, they say it's their village people matter but when issues arise, they're running to the church leadership they despise. Midnight, they're calling pastor and counselor here and there to attend to them; the same people you never regarded while you were planning your wedding.

Sometimes, I counsel into midnight on issues that ordinarily, would have been looked into simply and finalized on during courtship if the leadership were carried along distinctively and instructively, but after pushing their leaders aside, managing things themselves in their limited knowledge and village people mindset, these leaders will be having sleepless nights, praying here and there for different families who never had respect for them while they were planning wedding.

 Ministers are human beings. The children of Israel submitted solely to the leadership of Moses and Joshua including their marriage life, and the leaders Moses chose guided them in marriage to the point that God even told Moses and Joshua as well as Nehemiah never to allow the people to marry wrong but to see to it, and some people are there today to tell us that church leadership has nothing to do with their wedding; like the same people who claim to be born again and members of the body of Christ, having separated from the tradition of the world (the village people/unbelievers).

When you do your wedding being coordinated by village people, unbelievers, you want to come and lead the people of God, right? With which conscience self? 

HAVE YOU CONSCIENCE AT ALL?

You can't benefit from the grace you despise.

GET HIM TO ASSIST YOU (SINGLES AND MARRIED)

 TO SINGLES AND MARRIED  I can't blame a man whose wife is home all through the day while he leaves home 5/6am only to come back 6/7pm. But if both are working, no excuse. Another thing is, after wedding, if the woman is also working as the man, yiu don't go about doing all the chores while he sits or sleeps. By the time you take in or start having children, you will understand better but it may just be too late to bring him back to be assisting you. Politely request for his assistance as you work. While you cook, let him help in mopping, cleaning the electronics, tables, etcetera Washing dishes doesn't take away his manhood. Pounding or turning fufu or eba or Amala or semo doesn't reduce his anointing. I still turned fufu yesterday and my wife was so glad seeing the smoothness. BEWARE OF RED FLAGS DURING COURTSHIP  I learnt (read) of one lady whose husband refused anyone visiting her while she was pregnant.  It was strictly her alone at home from morning till evening when her husband would come back, before she would see another person one on one. The man also refused her registering for antenatal.  According to the issue, his denomination doesn't believe in hospital or medications or medical doctors and anything related to that.  It's strictly like the Hebrew women by the mothers in the church to come during child labour.
