MARRIAGE IS A WORK IN PROGRESS

That it's the perfect will of God doesn't take away your responsibilities individually to contribute to its success.

Even our salvation that's free, the price having being paid by the only Begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ, by His blood, we have responsibilities to take: We must believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, we must confess our sins, and forsake those sins (Romans 10:8-10).

 If anyone thinks marriage is just all about him/herself, without the readiness to forgive, love, submit, respect, exercise patience, make sacrifices, etcetera, l doubt if such marriage can be successful.

 TO SINGLES AND MARRIED  I can't blame a man whose wife is home all through the day while he leaves home 5/6am only to come back 6/7pm. But if both are working, no excuse. BEWARE OF RED FLAGS DURING COURTSHIP  I learnt (read) of one lady whose husband refused anyone visiting her while she was pregnant.  It was strictly her alone at home from morning till evening when her husband would come back, before she would see another person one on one. The man also refused her registering for antenatal.  According to the issue, his denomination doesn't believe in hospital or medications or medical doctors and anything related to that.  It's strictly like the Hebrew women by the mothers in the church to come during child labour.
